YOGA! There is no better way to start a spring and summer day!
Join us for our sixth year at Lake Mansfield:
SPRING YOGA: Saturdays in May (8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th) and June (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th) 9am-10am
SUMMER YOGA: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, begins June 28th through August 27th 8am-9am
FALL YOGA: Saturdays in September (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) and October (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th) @9am-10am
Beginners always welcomed and supported. Participants should bring a yoga mat and a towel. The instructor, Senta Reis, is Kripalu trained and certified. A portion of proceeds from class are donated to Lake Mansfield Alliance. For more information info@GBLand.org,
Suggested donation is $10 per class.
For our Healthy Practice You Must Bring:
- A single bed sized blanket (6.5' x 7.5') as your mat and to delineate safe space
- a large bath towel, folded, to use as a prop
- water and bug spray if desired
Note: yoga mats are not necessary. No props will be provided by instructor
A distance of 6 – 10 feet will be maintained between all participants. Face coverings will be required when social distance cannot be maintained. Instructors will assist in spacing participants.
