Our 12th Annual Run for the Hills 5k/10k Race was a huge success!

Exciting news! For the second year in a row, the Great Barrington Land Conservancy has been chosen to be a Berkshire Food Co-op Round Up for Change recipients. 

So, for the month of October, when you shop at the Berkshire Food Co-op, you can round up and support GBLC's programming and conservation activities.

In a multi-sensory morning, Red Fox, also known as Julie Kunz, shared her understandings of the nature through objects, story, movement and games. 

The Lake Mansfeild Explorers were captivated!  We worked together to identify animal and plant materials. We learned to listen and move with fox feet. 

We listened to stories and played games they inspired, challenging ourselves to close our eyes to strengthen our awareness of other senses. Then into the Lake Mansfield Woods we went to a special spot.
